Recommended Use: Apply immediately after Lash Conditioner.

Note: When Longest Lash Mascara is initially used, it may feel drier than your former mascara. The dry feeling is caused by the nourishing algae base, which tends to feel less moist than a water base. To attain a wetter feel, make sure to apply your mascara while your lashes are still moist with Lash Conditioner.
